Position Title: Communication and Visibility Officer – First Employment Facility (FEF) Program.

Position Type: fixed term employment- Part Time (25%).

Duration: 4 months (With the possibility of extension).

Location: Ramallah office.

Starting date: as soon as possible.

About PEF:

The Palestinian Employment Fund (PEF) is a national institution that was established by president decree no 9 of 2003 as a national institution with legal personality and financial authority to contribute to economic growth by activating and motivating labor market policies, as well as implementing programs and projects aimed at creating and generating sustained job opportunities.

 

Essential job functions:

- Managing material such as camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to produce a final film or video product.

- Filming, editing, and directing success stories for beneficiaries of the Fund's programs.

-Filmed interviews.

- Graphic designing for the publications of the Palestinian Employment Fund.

- Any other tasks regarding the PR & Media Department

 

Qualification

• University degree in public relations and advertising, Media.
• Specialized in Filming, editing,
• Knowledge of Graphic Design.
• Excellent knowledge of photography and editing programs.
• Excellent in both English & Arabic languages including written and verbal communication.

Skills and competencies Requirement:

• Excellent planning and administration skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong personality.
• Excellent time and organizational management skills.
• Excellent ability to work under pressure and carry out multiple tasks.
