In her first month of work as a pediatrician in the nursery section at Al Shifa Hospital, Ala was able to highlight her educational skills and she has a special performance within the Department of Childbirth and Child Custody. Her direct supervisor praised Reham's work. Reham could detect a dangerous virus or an enzyme deficiency that causes death to new children Birth Reham worked on awareness workshops for mothers where how to early detect the virus  and how it can be treated and avoided. Reham says “ Praise be to god I was able to break the barrier of fear through my new experience as it is my first job opportunities after education I have the experience and skills sufficient to qualify me to work in my specialty and thank god today thanks to the project I am in the place that I dreamed of and got tired for thanks to the Palestinian Employment Fund and thanks to donors”.
