Core financing program (Job Creation of Direct Employment Program)

It is an ongoing program established in PFESP since 2016. The program aims to build experience, capacity within human resources development and create a temporary job opportunities for new graduates so that their skills and cabaibilties upgraded to be able to enter and work in the Palestinian labor market and to result in a shift of temporarily opportunities to become permanent and sustainable for them. As well to contribute to the development of local communities infrastructures particularly for marginalized and disadvantaged groups. Project outputs until Dec20119 are:

53 temporary jobs and 20 permanent jobs created
265 direct beneficiaries
