The project aims to achieve the overall goal of the Start Up project and to enhance the role of youth, marginalized and vulnerable groups. Also to support initiatives in addition to building and developing youth skills and focus on integrating and strengthening the role of disabled people in terms of social and economic interventions and contribute to bridging the poverty gap among families that exposed vulnerable context. The project aims to strengthening of associations and related institutions. The project provides soft loans with an interest of no more than 2%. The outputs that achieved in the project are:

• 70 small and micro enterprises were established.
• 132 job opportunities were created.
• The number of direct beneficiaries reached 534
• The project also included the provision of a capacity building program and technical support to women's associations and the establishment of their productive projects, such as food processing projects.
