Access to the Labor Market Program (PALM) "An innovative approach to secure the long-term survival of vulnerable target groups in the labor market through home-base self-employment"

Project Description/ the aim: The project aims to support better access to the labour market for marginalized groups by providing technical and financial support for self-employment in the form of home-based businesses. The project targets unemployed women and youth between the age of 19-29 who have new or established home-business idea. 20 home based-businesses located in Hebron, Bethlehem, and Jerusalem will be supported through the project and will receive entrepreneurial training and business coaching to develop their business plans and ensure their sustainably in addition to financial support for procurement of goods and equipment.

Geographical area: West Bank (Hebron, Bethlehem) and Jerusalem
