Implementing workshops and trainings to promote  the culture of self-employment and entrepreneurship and launch specialized programs to provide  entrepreneurs and their employees with knowledge and skill to become promising competencies that work on  developing their projects and contributing for achieving sustainable development for MSMEs.

We also work on integrating young people in the labor market and equip them with the  required skills for the labor market by actual  need analysis of the labor market from specializations by working  to provide young people with the required skills for this market, either in terms of employment or self-employment, and also work on implementation of many programs and projects that work to promote business initiatives and encouraging young people on self employment, advancement of women, solving problems omen faced , and developing them scientifically, socially and economically, as well as implementing of  the programs concerning with activating the concept of community reintegration of the most needy geographical regions and the most marginalized societal groups (for example those with special abilities).
