Today, the Palestinian Fund for Employment and Social Protection for Workers, represented by His Excellency the Minister of Labor and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Nasri Abu Jaish, hosted a delegation from the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation headed by the Agency’s Director to the State of Palestine, Mr. Julimmelo Giordano.

The meeting aimed at sheding light on the PFESP’s work during the previous period and following up on the developments of the “Start Up Palestine” program. It funded by the Italian agency AICS Gerusalemme. Abu Jaish thanked the Italian Agency for their continuous support to the Palestinian people, especially the PFESP’s efforts.

The meeting included a presentation by the Executive Director of the PFESP, Mr. Mahdi Hamdan. It was on the PFESP’s achievements in general, and the outcomes of joint cooperation over previous years in particular. For his part, Mr. Giordano affirmed moving forward in joint cooperation with the PFESP through future interventions in the near future.
