PFESP and PITA sign a cooperation agreement to develop the technology sector

Ramallah:

On the margins of the ExpoTech exhibition, PFESP signed a cooperation agreement with the Federation of Information Technology Companies "PITA" to develop the technology sector. This is to serve the employment sector, create job opportunities, and encourage entrepreneurial and small projects, and telework.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Samer Salama, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor, representing the Minister of Labor, Mamoun Abu Shahla, Chairman of PFESP, and for PITA, its Chairman, Yahya Salqan.

The signing of the agreement was completed on the margins of the exhibition in Gaza City. PFESP was represented by the Deputy Executive Director Eng. Muhammad Abu Zuaiter and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Nahidh Eid.

Abu Zuaiter stressed that the agreement aims to enhance networking and coordination with the private sector for the needs of the external and local labor market. It also encourages financing small projects within the employment project with Bank of Palestine in the field of information technology.
